Clause 4

Section 11 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (2) and substituting the following subsection: “(2) No person who is a qualified person by reason of his having passed the final examination for a law degree in any university in Singapore pursuant to rules made under section 2(2) shall be admitted as an advocate and solicitor before the law degree is conferred upon him.”.
