Amendment of section 13

Section 13 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) Subsection (4) shall not —

(a)

apply to service as a legal officer; (b)apply to service as an Assistant Public Prosecutor in the Attorney-General’s Chambers; or

(c)

preclude a pupil receiving remuneration from his master.”.
