Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Competition (Amendment) Act 2007 and shall, with the exception of section 23, come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(2) Section 23 shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1st January 2006.
