Amendment of section 72
Section 72(1) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “a sum not exceeding $5,000.” and substituting the following words:“a sum not exceeding —
(a)
one half of the amount of the maximum fine that is prescribed for the offence; or
(b)
$15,000,whichever is the lower.”.
