Clause 6

The Third Schedule to the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after item 23, the following item:“23A. The prescribing of registration requirements in relation to registrable goods, and the regulation of the labelling of registrable goods, for the purpose of facilitating energy conservation.”.
