Administration of Act and appointment of authorised officers
(1)
The Director-General shall be charged with the general administration of this Act and the exercise of the powers conferred and duties imposed upon him by this Act.
(2)
The Director-General may in writing appoint any public officer, or any officer of the Agency or any other statutory authority, to be an authorised officer for the purposes of this Act.
(3)
Subject to any general or special directions of the Minister or the Director-General, the powers conferred and duties imposed on the Director-General by this Act may be exercised or performed by any authorised officer.
