Amendment of First Schedule
(1)
The Minister may from time to time, by order published in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the First Schedule.
(2)
The Minister may, in any order made under subsection (1), make such incidental, consequential or supplementary provisions as may be necessary or expedient.
(3)
Any order made under subsection (1) shall be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.
