Clause 11

Amendment of section 8

Section 8 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsection:“(1) An employer shall keep, in accordance with section 95 of the Employment Act (Cap. 91), a register of foreign employees to whom work passes have been issued under section 7.”; and

(b)

by deleting the words “foreign workers” in the section heading and substituting the words “foreign employees”.
