Amendment of section 18

Section 18(2) of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “a partnership” in paragraph (c), the words “(including a limited liability partnership as defined in section 4(1) of the Limited Liability Partnerships Act (Cap. 163A))”.
