Clause 19

Section 47 of the Gas Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (2), the following subsection:“(3) In the case of any offence under subsection (1), the gas transporter may disconnect the premises of, or the relevant gas shipper or relevant gas retailer may discontinue the supply of gas to the premises of, the person referred to in that subsection.”.
