Amendment of section 84
Section 84 of the Gas Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “An Appeal Panel” in subsection (1), the words “established by the Minister under section 83(3) or 93(4)”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “section 83(3)” in subsection (2), the words “or 93(4)”.
