Saving and transitional provision
Nothing in section 9 shall affect any delegation issued by the Legal Service Commission under Article 111(4) of the Constitution before the commencement of that section, but that delegation shall cease to have effect when a personnel board is established under Article 111AA of the Constitution to exercise any power or function of the Legal Service Commission that is the subject of any such delegation.
