Repeal and re-enactment of section 11
Section 11 of the principal Act is repealed and the following section substituted therefor:“Power to specify documents for remittance of money11.—
(1)
A public postal licensee may provide for the remittance of any sum of money through the post or any electronic or other system established by or among foreign postal administrations and postal licensees.(2) A public postal licensee may specify the documents to be used in connection with the remittances under subsection (1).”.
