Amendment of section 26

Section 26 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after subsection (1), the following subsection:“(1A) Advisory guidelines, for example, may be made about —

(a)

any matter in respect of which codes of practice and standards of performance may be made under section 24; or

(b)

the use, construction, design or performance of anything relating to postal systems or postal services.”.
