Amendment of section 33

Section 33 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “or postcard” in paragraphs (a) and (b); (b)by deleting the words “or postcards” in paragraph (c); and

(c)

by deleting the words “public postal licensee” in paragraph (c) and substituting the words “postal licensee”.
