Amendment of section 45

Section 45 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “a public postal licensee” in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “any postal licensee”;

(b)

by deleting the words “public postal licensee” in subsections (4) and (5) and substituting in each case the words “postal licensee”; and

(c)

by deleting the words “public postal licensees” in subsection (6) and substituting the words “postal licensees”.
