Amendment of section 10

Section 10(2) of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “sections 2, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18 to 23” and substituting the words “sections 2, 10, 10A, 11, 12, 13, 18 to 21, 23”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “public postal licensees”, the words “or postal licensees”.
