Clause 19

Publication of list of registered persons

The Registrar shall, from time to time, prepare and publish on an Internet website a list of the names, addresses, qualifications and dates of qualifications of all persons who —

(a)

are registered as optometrists or opticians; and

(b)

have in force practising certificates.
