Clause 22

Any person who is aggrieved by a decision of the Board under section 20(3), (4) or (5) may, within 14 days of the date of the decision of the Board or within such further period as the High Court may allow, appeal to the High Court against the decision.

There shall be no further appeal against the decision of the High Court pursuant to subsection (1).
