Amendment of section 6

Section 6 of the Ngee Ann Kongsi (Incorporation) Ordinance (referred to in this Act as the principal Act) is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Eight Districts” in the last line of paragraph (d), the words “or by any person”; and

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “Eight Districts” in paragraph (f), the words “, or any community in Singapore,”.
