Clause 7

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (1) and substituting the following subsections:“(1) Subject to subsection (1A), 20 members of the Corporation shall form a quorum at any General Meeting.(1A) If, after 30 minutes from the time appointed for a General Meeting, there are fewer than 20 members of the Corporation present at the place of the General Meeting, any 10 or more members of the Corporation present at that place shall form a quorum for the General Meeting.”.
