Clause 25

Effect of revocation or suspension of licence

(1)

Where an order of revocation or suspension of a licence becomes effective —

(a)

the licensing officer shall cause notice of the revocation or suspension to be served on the licensee concerned; and

(b)

the licensee concerned shall, as from the date of the notice, cease to carry on business or any function as a private investigator, private investigation agency, security officer, security agency or security service provider, as the case may be, in Singapore except to the extent allowed by the licensing officer.

(2)

Subsection (1)(b) shall not prejudice the enforcement by any person of any right or claim against the corporation, partnership or limited liability partnership or by the corporation, partnership or limited liability partnership of any right or claim against any person.
