Clause 15

Amendment of section 21B

Section 21B(11) of the principal Act is amended by deleting paragraph (a) and substituting the following paragraph:“(a)all moneys secured by the charge —

(i)

have been repaid to the Fund; or

(ii)

are no longer required by any regulations made under section 77(1) to be repaid to the Fund; or”.
