Clause 16

by inserting, immediately after the words “subject to” in subsection (1), the words “sections 27B, 27C, 27D, 27E, 27F, 27G and 27H and”;

by inserting, immediately after the words “other law” in subsection (2), the words “but subject to sections 27G and 27H and any regulations made under section 77(1)”;

by inserting, immediately after the words “Subject to” in subsection (3A), the words “subsection (3B) and”; and

by inserting, immediately after subsection (3A), the following subsection:“(3B) Where any money is payable to the spouse or former spouse of a member of the Fund under section 27B(1), (2) or (3) on the death of the member, subsection (3A) shall not apply to that money.”.
