Clause 22

Section 65 of the principal Act is amended by inserting, immediately after the words “the Fund”, the words “, including any sum required by the Board or ordered by a court to be paid, repaid, refunded or transferred to any account maintained for a member of the Fund in respect of the moneys standing to the credit of the member in the Fund,”.
