Clause 1

Short title and commencement

This Act may be cited as the Health Products Act 2007.(2) Except for Part XIV, this Act shall come into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for health may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.(3) Part XIV shall come into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for national development may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

This Act may be cited as the Health Products Act 2007.

(2)

Except for Part XIV, this Act shall come into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for health may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.

(3)

Part XIV shall come into operation on such date as the Minister charged with the responsibility for national development may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
