Unlawful alteration, destruction, etc., of documents
Any person who alters, suppresses, conceals or destroys any document which he is or is liable to be required, by or under this Act, to produce to an enforcement officer shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $20,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.
