Amendment of section 126B
Section 126B of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “strata title plan” wherever they appear in subsections (1) and (2) and substituting in each case the words “strata title application”;
(b)
by deleting the words “sections 67 and 68” in subsection (1)(h) and substituting the words “sections 69 and 70”; and
(c)
by deleting the words “strata title plan or issue of subsidiary strata certificate of title” in the section heading and substituting the words “strata title application or issue of subsidiary strata certificates of title”.
