Clause 1
Short title and commencement
This Act may be cited as the Corruption, Drug Trafficking and Other Serious Crimes (Confiscation of Benefits) (Amendment) Act 2007 and shall come into operation on such date as the Minister may, by notification in the Gazette, appoint.
