Amendment of section 57
Section 57 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “authorised officer”, the words “, Suspicious Transaction Reporting Officer or immigration officer within the meaning of section 48B”; and
(b)
by inserting, immediately after the words “authorised officers” in the section heading, the words “, Suspicious Transaction Reporting Officers and immigration officers”.
