Savings provision
A person who immediately before the date of commencement of this Act is a Suspicious Transaction Reporting Officer within the meaning of section 41(3) of the principal Act in force immediately before that date shall be deemed to be a Suspicious Transaction Reporting Officer within the meaning of section 2(1) of the principal Act until his appointment as such is revoked.
