Amendment of section 33
Section 33 of the principal Act is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Commissioner of Building Control” wherever they appear in subsection (1), the words “or any person appointed by him for this purpose”;
(b)
by deleting the words “section 9(3C)(d) or 11(4)(c)” in subsection (1)(d) and substituting the words “section 9(4) or 11(1)(c)”; and
(c)
by inserting, immediately after the words “Commissioner of Building Control” wherever they appear in subsections (1A), (4) and (6), the words “or a person appointed under subsection (1)”.
