Clause 50

There shall be a committee to be known as the Health Committee comprising not less than 3 members of the Council to be appointed by the Council which shall inquire into any case referred to it under this Act.

A member of the Health Committee shall be appointed for a period of 2 years and shall be eligible for reappointment.
