Amendment of section 43

Section 43 of the Penal Code is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the word “ “illegal” ” in the 1st line, the words “or “unlawful” ”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the word “illegal” in the last line, the words “or unlawful”; and

(c)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:““Illegal”, “unlawful” and “legally bound to do”.”
