Amendment of section 204
Section 204 of the Penal Code is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “document” in the 1st and 5th lines, the words “or electronic record”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Destruction of document or electronic record to prevent its production as evidence”.
