Amendment of section 230
Section 230 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by deleting the words “or of any other part of the Commonwealth” in the definition of “Coin”; and
(b)
by deleting the definition of “Current coin” and substituting the following definition:“ “Current coin” means coin which is legal tender in Singapore or in any foreign country.”.
