Amendment of section 236
Section 236 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “coin” wherever it appears, the words “or current coin”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Abetting in Singapore the counterfeiting out of Singapore of coin or current coin”.
