Amendment of section 320
Section 320 of the Penal Code is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after paragraph (a), the following paragraph:“(aa)death;”; and
(b)
by deleting the full-stop at the end of paragraph (h) and substituting a semi-colon, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following paragraph:“(i)penetration of the vagina or anus, as the case may be, of a person without that person’s consent, which causes severe bodily pain.”.
