Amendment of section 474
Section 474 of the Penal Code is amended —
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “document” in the 1st and 4th lines, the words “or electronic record”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Having possession of certain document or electronic record known to be forged, with intent to use it as genuine”.
