Amendment of section 476
Section 476 of the Penal Code is amended ––
(a)
by inserting, immediately after the word “document” in the 3rd and 6th lines, the words “or electronic record”; and
(b)
by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Counterfeiting a device or mark used for authenticating documents or electronic records other than those described in section 467, or possessing counterfeit marked material”.
