Amendment of section 12

Section 12 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any member” in subsection (1), the words “of the Edusave Pupils Fund”;

(b)

by deleting the words “from the Edusave Pupils Fund” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “from that Fund”;

(c)

by inserting, immediately after the words “parent of a member” in subsection (2), the words “of the Edusave Pupils Fund”;

(d)

by inserting, immediately after the words “or a member” in subsection (2), the words “of that Fund”; and

(e)

by deleting subsections (3) and (4).
