Clause 13

Amendment of section 14

Section 14 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “a member” in subsection (1), the words “of the Edusave Pupils Fund”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Applications for withdrawal from Edusave Pupils Fund”.
