Amendment of section 15

Section 15 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any member”, the words “of that Fund”; and

(b)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Protection of benefits of member of Edusave Pupils Fund”.
