Amendment of section 16

Section 16 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by inserting, immediately after the words “a member” in subsections (1) and (2), the words “of the Edusave Pupils Fund”;

(b)

by inserting, immediately after the words “any member” in subsection (3), the words “of the Edusave Pupils Fund”; and

(c)

by deleting the marginal note and inserting the following section heading:“Moneys payable on death of member of Edusave Pupils Fund”.
