Clause 17

The principal Act is amended by renumbering section 17 as subsection (1) of that section, and by inserting immediately thereafter the following subsection:“(2) All expenses incurred in connection with the administration of the PSE Fund, including the cost of auditing the accounts of that Fund under section 20(1), shall be paid out of the Consolidated Fund.”.
