Clause 10

Section 22(3) of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words “such withdrawals plus interest” in the 8th and 9th lines and substituting the words “sums withdrawn, together with the whole or such part, as the Board may determine, of the interest that would have been payable thereon,”.
