Clause 11

Amendment of section 24

Section 24 of the principal Act is amended —

(a)

by deleting the words “and 27H” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “, 27H and 57C”;

(b)

by deleting the words “section 77(1)” in subsection (1) and substituting the words “section 57F or 77(1)”;

(c)

by deleting the words “and section 16A” in subsection (3A) and substituting the words “, sections 16A and 57C and any regulations made under section 57F”; and

(d)

by deleting the word “No” in subsection (4) and substituting the words “Subject to section 57C and any regulations made under section 57F, no”.
