Clause 12

Amendment of section 25

Section 25 of the principal Act is amended by deleting subsection (5) and substituting the following subsection:“(5) Any nomination made by a member of the Fund under subsection (1) shall be revoked —

(a)

by his marriage, whether the marriage was contracted before, on or after 15th May 1980; or

(b)

in such other circumstances, and in such manner, as the Board may prescribe.”.
