Clause 9

by inserting, immediately after the word “purchase” in subsections (1)(a), (b) and (d)(i) and (ii) and (3)(b), the words “or acquisition”; and

by deleting the words “the interest that would have accrued thereto” in the 23rd and 24th lines of subsection (1) and substituting the words “the whole or such part, as the Board may determine, of the interest that would have been payable thereon”.
