Clause 7

Related amendment to Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act

Section 13(2) of the Private Hospitals and Medical Clinics Act (Cap. 248) is amended —

(a)

by deleting the word “or” at the end of paragraph (a)(ii);

(b)

by inserting, at the end of paragraph (a)(iii), the word “or”; and

(c)

by inserting, immediately after sub-paragraph (iii) of paragraph (a), the following sub-paragraph:“(iv)the Human Organ Transplant Act (Cap. 131A);”.
